The apartment is close to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, offering a nice area for exploring. the property is conveniently located near the tube, making it easily accessible. the host was quick to respond and provided great facilities, such as a well-equipped kitchen, TV, heating, and a lift. Despite the snow disruptions, the host made necessary arrangements for our delayed arrival, ensuring a comfortable stay. We would happily rent the place again in Queens Gardens.

The service from the property manager, Ruslan, was exceptional. He was extremely accommodating and made us feel like royalty.

It was spacious, affordable, and exceeded my expectations for what you usually get in London. the location was fantastic, close to supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants, providing everything we needed. Ruslan, the person who checked us in, was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. He promptly replied to my messages and made sure to arrange a convenient time for our meeting. i had a real good stay, with location close to the underground. it had a secure and quiet setting not far from both the central line tube at queensway and the circle line at bayswater, the circle line and paddington station/heathrow express.

The apartment looked tired and the mattresses were too soft, leading to a poor night's sleep. The connecting door to the living room couldn't be closed fully, resulting in a lack of privacy and noise disturbance.

We had a perfect stay just 200m from Hyde Park. Ruslan, our host, was very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around. the apartment was clean and spacious, with room for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. the location was fantastic, with restaurants and grocery stores just a few meters away, and two underground stations nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area, including the unexpected surprise of Little Venice. We would definitely book again. Cons: Nothing 😊.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, met een extra bed zoals gevraagd. Het eten was smakelijk en elke dag was er variatie, inclusief thema-avonden. Het zwembad was groot genoeg en er waren zelfs luchtmatrassen beschikbaar. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was ideaal, dicht bij het strand en het nachtleven. Gelukkig was er een bushalte in de buurt voor gemakkelijke toegang tot de stad.
